If you are not satisfied with the product or it has broken, I offer refunds on all items for 30 days, and this is AFTER the item has been shipped back to our office. The buyer must pay shipping when returning an item and once the item is received at our office the refund will be accepted and completed. If any items have replacements I will ask if a replacement or refund will work better and this will still be after the item has been received back from the buyer.
